Description
The Colombian Institute of Dots and Squares is preparing its yearly tournament of the game "Dots and Squares", in which two people play on a board (alternately). The board is a set of the points in grid form, in each turn a player has to draw a straight line between two consecutive points, horizontally or vertically, in between the points that don't have a line yet. The player wins when completing the four sides of a square of 1 x 1. Both players play optimally.

O Instituto Colombiano de Pontos e Quadrados está preparando seu torneio anual do jogo "Pontos e Quadrados", no qual duas pessoas jogam em um quadro (alternadamente). O quadro é um conjunto de pontos em forma de grade, em cada lance um jogador tem que desenhar uma linha direta entre dois pontos consecutivos, horizontal ou verticalmente, entre os pontos que ainda não possuem uma linha. O jogador ganha ao completar os quatro lados de um quadrado de 1 x 1. Ambos os jogadores jogam otimamente.
Input specification
The first line has a number T (1 <= T <= 100), that's the number of the test cases, the following lines have one test case by line, each test case have two numbers R and C (2 <= R, C <= 10), that's number of rows and numbers of columns respectively.

A primeira linha tem um número T (1 <= T <= 100), que é o número de casos de teste, as seguintes linhas têm um caso de teste por linha, cada caso de teste tem dois número R e C (2 <= R, C <= 10), que é o número de linhas e de colunas, respectivamente.
Output specification
For each test case, print one only line indicating who win the game, "First" if it is the player who play in the first turn, "Second" otherwise.

Para cada caso de teste, imprima uma única linha indicando quem ganha o jogo, "First" se for o jogador que jogou no primeiro lance, "Second" caso contrário.
